Today is the fourth day that we are presenting to you our choise of the top 10 free apps for each mobile OS. As the year closes, make sure you haven’t missed some precious app that will make your life easier or more fun. We will also post these articles on Facebook, if you’d like to add your own suggestions or comment on our selection.

  • Allrecipes - Brings thousands of top-rated recipes to your Windows Phone handset. This Mango-optimized app lets you multitask, pin a Live Tile to the home screen (which updates with a fresh recipe on a daily basis), and function as a digital cookbook with the favorite recipes option. We recommend the fun Dinner spinner which will suggest delicious recipes based on your choice of meal type, main ingredient and cooking time.
